Can Avante 10.2 be installed on Window 11 ARM (Enterprise)?

Installation fails at "Commit System Changes", then rolls back

No, ARM-based systems are not currently supported.

David, as a side note, you should be aware the Laserfiche 10.2 reaches end of support at the end of this year. See Laserfiche Product Support Lifecycle

We strongly recommend your organization plan to upgrade to either Laserfiche 10.4 or Laserfiche 11 (ideally) before that deadline. There are numerous security and bug fixes and performance and feature enhancements in the versions released since Laserfiche 10.2.
