I have noticed this for a while now, but figure I should bring it up. When using the web client to view an imaged document with a number of pages (enough that there is a scrollbar in the thumbnail pane), if I am on the last page, scrolling up from the thumbnail pain doesn't work right using the mouse wheel or dragging the scrollbar. It looks like it gets "stuck", with the scrollbar kind of jittering up and down without actually scrolling up.

This seems to only happen when the scrollbar is at the very bottom. I can repeat the behavior in Web Access 10.4 and 11 using both Chrome and Edge Chromium. Firefox works fine but that browser isn't used at my organization.

Note that it seems slightly better now than it used to, in that it does eventually get unstuck and work. But it's still problematic.
