Where can I find a user's Account ID?

I created a new Laserfiche user by copying another user's account. When the new user tries to log in she is prompted for an Account ID, in addition to her user name. We've never used Account IDs to my knowledge. Where can I find this?

You are on the Laserfiche Cloud login page, but it sounds like you are not using cloud. Scroll down on the login page and click "Sign in here" to switch to the self-hosted login page:

Can you post a screenshot of what she's looking at? Account IDs are only for Laserfiche Cloud customers, but our records show you're a self-hosted customer. So only the username and password should be needed to get in.

So she should be able to just leave that field blank? Thank you.

By the way, Laserfiche will not allow her to sign in without the account ID.
