We are currently testing Weblink 11 with SSO enabled.  Is it possible to allow access to Weblink for sso users that do not have a full license?    Unlicensed users who log in with sso will get the [9030] error.

On version 10.3 we had the ability to create Repository Users with allow read only access without license to be able to log in to Weblink.
