Authorize.net Email Notifications configuration

A client has been receiving payment information from Authorize.Net for payments made through a Form's submission. As of a couple of weeks ago, Client no longer receives these notifications.

We are trying to figure out where this email recipient is configured for this particular Forms Business process? Whether it is in Forms or Authorize.NET.

 

Other processes continue to receive notifications from Authorize.NET.

The email notification for payment transaction is not configured through Forms. Have you checked whether the client are using different Authorize.NET payment gateways for different process?
