Hello,

Can a customer user a MFD or MFP with Laserfiche Cloud for scanning directly into their Cloud Repository (Not using Import Agent)?

Hi Jeff,

Not directly. The Ricoh MFD Connector only works with self-hosted systems and the Samsung MDF Connector is End of Life.

Our current recommendation to customers is to use Import Agent.
