Hi All,

With the use of Laserfiche Web 11.0, I have user who is experiencing this Import Error: "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index" when uploading or importing or drag-and-dropping the pdf files into the repository folder. The last time the user imported the other pdfs successfully into the folder, it was in May. Thereafter, the user says the import error kept on prohibiting the import process. As an administrator, I have tried to import the same pdf files with the hope that my administration rights will enable me to import these pdf files, but to no success. Otherwise the other file formats are imported successfully as per norm. Kindly assist urgently.
