Can't generate pages with DCC in laserfiche

Hi,

I have an issue with DCC and Workflow, I can't generate pages of the document using DCC Tool. It looks like it does the job but there is no change in repository and I have Laserfiche version 11 installed.

What did you look at to determine the job was successful? What kind of documents are you attempting to generate pages on?

Hi,

I am verifying the job status by looking at DCC console. I have also attached the images for your reference and the PDF documents are used to generate pages.

That screenshot shows an OCR job, not a page generation one. It would only generate text if the document already had image pages.

Can you confirm that both DCC and Workflow are on version 11 and that you are using a Schedule PDF Page Generation activity and not a Schedule OCR one?
