We have upgraded from weblink 10 to version 11 a few weeks ago.
Since that upgrade, some users reports that when they search for documents, if they order search results (sort by box) by a specific value (name, date, etc.) then weblink does not refresh the returned documents.
This behavior is not seen if they let the ''sort by'' field as blank.
For example:
They search for account 12345: they get results for account 12345
They then search for account 23456: they still get results for account 12345
If Sort by is at name or account number.
If Sort by is left blank, they will see the documents for account 23456.
Anyone has any idea what could cause this or has seen the same issue ?
A page refresh allows the system to unstick from the shown documents but it's a bit long for people searching 100+ times a day.
