Hi, I have been trying to search out the answer to my question but am not finding just what I need, and am trying to finish up a project we are working on. I thought the "Fill Out PDF Form" option was available in Cloud but it doesn't appear to be there. What would be the alternative solution for us working in Cloud?
We have a Community Service form our staff members will fill out that is then passed to their supervisor for approval. Once approval is granted, the information originally provided by the staff member needs to be used to fill out a document template that they print and bring with them to their community service project to be verified.
I've been digging around and think I would probably need to create a workflow that gathers the form data and merges it into a Word document. Is this the right way to do it? I'm still trying to figure out how to use the Invoke Business Process in workflow to get the form data.
Does it sound like I am on the right path or is there an easier way to merge form data into a template?
