How do i find out how many people use web client and how long they are connected?

We are doing an assessment of the system usage to determine if  a managed cloud  would be cost effective for the organization.  We have been asked by the vendor for some user stats.  I don't see where I can get this info easily.  

I also need to know the usage of the forms we have published.  I can determine how many forms are submitted but how do I determine system usage.  After a form has been submitted, that form may have 10 approvals.  Some hitting the form environment on the web, and others approving or denying using email response to the form notification.

As always thanks for any advise and assistance in pointing me in the right direction :)

In Forms there is a whole reporting tab where you can look and collect most of the information you are looking for.

 

As for your web users it would probably be easiest to go through Laserfiche Audit Trail.  Open Audit Trail and make a new report with log in's and log out's for your desired date range.  Have the User Agent column up.

You can then filter by user agent for the Web Client I believe.

Thanks Chris for the quick response.  I did see the Reports, however it will not let me select all my published reports.  And I was also wondering, if I was able to, how much strain would it put on the Forms server to put together the report.

So I tried the custom report, I was getting results but then when I started to filter it I got the Aww Snap.  It crashed.  I'll just discuss further with the contact for the managed cloud.  

Trying the audit now...  That looks like it is what I need :)
