LF Cloud - Auditing Account Administration

Hi All - 

I had a couple of questions come up today regarding Account Administration in Laserfiche Cloud. Is there a way to audit who has created users in Account Administration? Can you also audit when the SupportUser was enabled and by who?

I don't believe this is possible today.

The actions are audited but the data is only available to Laserfiche Support at this time. We do have plans to make it available to customers as well, but I don't have a timeline for that.
