How can we make a URL Link to an external system to a record in an that system?  We want to embody a URL in a field as a link that points to a transaction record in our planning system but can't see how to accomplish this?  To be clear,  each entry record in LF will have a URL with a different ID that identifies the record in the other system, its not a static value for every record.

We've tried setting it up in html but LF doesn't seem to recognise the value.
