Looking for instructions on Update and Create Entity Instance activities in cloud Workflow

The Cloud online manual does not list Update Entity Instance or Create Entity Instance in the list of activities. I'd like to review some documentation on what these do and how they work.

A google search returns the following dead end links:

Hi Michael

The Business Entities feature has been deprecated so the relevant workflow activities have also been deprecated.

Do they plan to remove those activities from Cloud Workflow? It can be confusing to have deprecated activities still available in the toolbox.
