Forms- WF Activity Instance Suspends with error: The call to Laserfiche Workflow API was not successful. (Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.). [LFF5203-WFServerApiFault]

Hello,

Customer has the an issue with a form that makes a call to kick off a WF, started suspending at this activity a few days back.

Error message:

The call to Laserfiche Workflow API was not successful. (Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.). [LFF5203-WFServerApiFault]

There have been no changes to the server, that we know of. This activity ran successfully on 6.1.22, but as of 6.3.22, getting this error message.

We have checked both Forms Configuration->Laserfiche and WF Configuration Manager->Web Services and all of the connection test successfully.

Anyone else experience this error?
