I have a letter that may need to be created for 3 different people but the PDF populates only for the first branch. The 2nd and 3rd branch are blank. Do I need to have unique templates loaded for each branch/person?
This is the template used for all 3 branches - each branch lists the applicable tokens (AIF1Name, AIF2 Name and AIF3Name, etc.).
Only the AIF1 letter populates with data, AIF2 and AIF3 are blank

. I read some other posts and one made me decide to double check my 'Attach Electronic Document' step and I did not have the correct document attached for the docs that didn't populate.
