Not sure if a PDF knows what a multi-value token in Workflow is, the 2 formats may not work together.

It might require just using standard fields for every cell and populating them based on index of your multi-value token.

Thank you Chad. I am not sure I know exactly what you mean. Do you perhaps have a step by step for me?

After selecting a token, when you see the token syntax, IE: %(TokenName), you can right click on the syntax and go to the Token Editor. This allows you to select an Index from your multi-value token. Where an Index of 1 is the first value and so on.

Your field group looks to have 5 values. The warning is saying that the token you are using in it had more than 5 values, so Workflow had to drop some.

As for why the table was not filled at all, did this work before? Have you tried clicking into the PDF fields on the filled PDF? Some PDF forms have extra settings that may not make the values visible until the field gets focus.

Hi Miruna,

Thank you for the reply.

Each token only has 2 values so the error doesn't make any sense. Also, I have clicked inside the fields as well and the fields were definitely not populated.

Let me know if you need me to screenshot anything?
