I need a little help troubleshooting. I have a user who does not have the ability to do an advanced search. The quick search box shows up but the word "Advanced" does not show up.
In addition, it does not show his log in user information. He has a full license. He is in all the right AD groups. And Admin Console registers his log in as successful. But instead of his user name, it just shows a person icon.
What might be causing this? We are on version 10.4. I have not had any other users report this.
