Hi,

We are facing the issue in converting the document from PDF to TIFF using Laser fiche web service.

None of the documents that are possible mutilayered is converted to TIFF. All documents are giving the below ‘GhostScript’ conversion error.

Error: Ghostscript PDF Conversion Error! Error Code: -100 Document: RQL-57403 UpdatedSitePlan.pdf can not be converted to Image, PDF might be corrupted, or contains annotations, or is multi layer PDF or does not have page(s)

Status Code : E-1001
Status Description : Error occured. Uploading u1oNudXuaUKlTNfEhxYuw-DRW-CivilDrawing.pdf to Laser Fiche. Error Ghostscript PDF Conversion Error! Error Code: -100 Document: RQD-38878 CivilDrawing.pdf can not be converted to Image, PDF might be corrupted, or contains annotations, or is multi layer PDF or does not have page(s)

Kindly advise and looking for the support to resolve it at the earliest.
