Public Portal thumbnail error

This is a Cloud question.

In the LF repository, I have some documents imported as Tiffs. In the LF Web Client, I can see the thumbnails clearly until a certain page, then the thumbnails are blurry after that. 

On the Public Portal, those same Thumbnails are showing an error: "Page ## Error. No pages have been selected for (image) export."

I've included screenshots. This is the view in LF:

I would guess that there's something unusual about the pages past 19, and the two applications are handling the situation differently. Web client may be encountering the same error, but is able to somehow produce a low quality thumbnail to display in place of the error. I'd suggest opening a support case so we can take a closer look.

I've just noticed as of today that the thumbnails in our instance of LF cloud are unreadable just like the images posted in this message

We made some adjustments to the Cloud environment yesterday that should have resolved this.
