I am running into a wall for assigning rights to edit the business process instance similar to what they were able to perform in the old on-premise LF Forms with the "process administrator" rights within a specific business process.
I created a Project within the Team and added user within the Team and even gave her Team permissions of Analyst, Developer, Manager.
The user can monitor the business process, but cannot perform any of the actions such as skip, reassign, or stop the instance within the process.
The user has inherited rights within the Account Settings of Process Manager, Developer and Process Asset Administrator, but does belong to any groups that have those rights assigned to a specific project.
Help! I find it much more complex to try and give these permissions to the user in LF Cloud when it was so simple in LF Forms on premise to just literally click a button and select "process administrator" just to the specific process.
Why does Laserfiche have to make this so complicated!
