Oh yes!  Having to open all workflows just to search them is a pain, especially if you are looking for something that you only expect to show on a few of them.  I've done way too many updates lately that required me having to update multiple Workflows, and it's so annoying having to open all of them at once (or more often doing it in stages of 50 or 60 at a time, because I have hundreds of them) just to search for the few that need to be updated.  I really wished there was a more powerful option to search for specific things across all workflows.
