The attached Image is of the error message that is given when we submit during the dispatch process
The IOS app works perfectly when handling the QC process, but the issues start when it’s time to dispatch.
Since the QC process is fully functional it leads me to believe that there is a programming error within form that needs to be fixed.
Even after many tries the same message came up.
The IOS app seems to be more functional than the android in the sense that it allows you to upload photos.
The Android app closes the application without warning and even after reopening the app to try again, it continues to throw the user out and they are then forced to use Google Chrome with the Web App.
Both the IOS and Android apps aren’t fully functional, and I would like to ask that you give more attention to the Back-End of the applications
With the Mobile apps giving problems we are forced to use the Google chrome Web App which is the work around.
