Opening up outlook EML files in the repository

When I double click on an outlook EML file in the repository, the client downloads and opens up the email in outlook.

 

For Another user, when they double click on an EML file in the repository, it opens up the file as a Laserfiche page.

 

How do I get the users' client to behave like mine?

I tested this and it may be a difference between using the Web Client and the Windows Client.  If you open the eml file in the web client it displays it in the LF viewer.  If you open it in the Windows Client it opens the file in Outlook.

I don't believe there is a way to configure the Web Client open the file with the associated application like you can with the Windows Client.

In my LF 11 system it doesn't seem like the Office Add-In is active for email files as I don't have the usual "Edit With" button to allow me to even open it in Outlook.

Speak of the devil, I just figured it out in the last few minutes. It is fixed by changing the settings here:

Tools > Options > View > Open With

Yes, that's where you configure it in the Windows Client.
