Hello. We have run into an issue a couple of times now where one of our employees will go into Clearinghouse with the link and passcode they are sent, retrieve-download a transcript, and then save it into Laserfiche. Later on, say months later, when they try to go into the transcript in Laserfiche they will get an error saying their time had expired to open the document. It seems to me that some sort of tag is staying with the document from Clearinghouse which is triggering this event. Has anyone else out there run into this and if so, did you figure out a fix? Thank you!
