Does Forms logins event register in Audit Trail?

I would like to know how many times a user has loged into Forms.

So, i would like to know if the Login events register in audit trail.

But, if that's not the case, how could I get the information I'm looking for?

No, Forms activities are currently not logged with Audit Trail. I do not believe that each login is individually recorded in Forms. You may try changing the logging level in the Forms Configuration page, but be aware that it will start recording a lot of information.
