Based on a question/discussion during a recent Intermediate SP training:

I'd like the ability to rename & add descriptions to rules. It sounds like the numbering should remain because that determines the order in which things are executed, but having some more customization regarding the naming would really help when editing months/years later (as business needs change) or for cases where there is more than one editor (either at the org, or with customer/Solution Provider designer collabration scenarios).
