Forms 11 Issue - All data sources are available to all processes on Lookup tab

We recently upgraded from Forms 10.4.5 to Forms Professional Version 11.0.2201.20436 and while setting up lookups for a form noticed that all data sources are available via the drop down not just the data sources that the process belongs to.

In Forms 10.4.5 the drop down only showed the data sources that the process process was a member of.

In Forms 11 a new database security option was added. It allows you to select individual users that should have access to data sources as well as the original option. It may just be showing for your user if you are a system administrator or if the account seeing all of them has been added.
