On the import screen, if you select a template without first clicking the "Fields" tab you can still click Create, without filling in required fields. This causes the computer to think for an incredibly long time and then come back and say, in a really odd way, that you forgot to fill the required fields, with no option to return.

If you select a template in the fields tab, the create button is properly grey on both tabs, but not if you select it in the general tab. I would do away with the template selection in the general tab all together.
