Offline form's text box shows numeric value with decimal point

I have a form that I've configured for offline use in the mobile app.  There is a text box that displays normally when using the form "live" or on the web.   However, when I use the form in Offline mode, the text box displays a number with a decimal place.  Please advise.

What is the field type? Is it a single line field or number field?

Hi Mike,

Is there any particular configuration done on this field? I can't seem to reproduce the issue.

Hi Francis,

There are no special configurations,formatting, or formulas affecting this field.  It is populated from a Lookup Rule that pulls a numeric field from a SQL Server view.  The field in the SQL Server table is defined as numeric(8,0).
