Hello All,

When scanning into Laserfiche in Standard Mode, our Clerk indicated she was no longer able to see thumbnails.  The document would appear in the Image Pane, but there would not be any thumbnails shown in the Thumbnail Pane, and the Revision Pane would not show any document details.  She did have "Thumbnails" selected in the View and Panes menu.

I was able to duplicate her issue in the Standard Scanning Mode, by going into the "Action" menu, and checking "Store Immediately".

I had her go into her "Action" menu, and "Store Immediately" was not selected.  I thought I had failed to find a solution for her, but on the off chance it would help, I had her select "Store Immediately", and go back in and deselect it, then try a scan.  She was able to see her Thumbnails, and the revision pane was back to the way it had been before (the way she wanted it to be).

Wanted to throw this out there in case it was helpful, and also to see if anyone had additional thoughts on why this changed for her.  It did not appear she had made any changes.

The one thing that did happen prior to encountering the issue - she had tried to scan before powering up her scanner.  That of course caused the scanning module to lock up.  When this happens it is resolved by closing things in the Task Manager - making sure to be completely out of Laserfiche and any scanning applications.  Verifying the scanner is powered on, and trying again.

I don't think the 2 issues are related, but wanted to share that just in case.
