Shrink repository database automatically?

Hi,

Does Laserfiche server automatically run periodic shrink operations on the repository database, or other application databases like Workflow or Forms? A client is reporting that they are running despite not being part of a SQL maintenance plan. If so can they be scheduled or disabled? This is for version 10+

No, Laserfiche servers do not shrink their corresponding databases. Are you sure it's not running as part of their SQL backup procedures?

Thanks Miruna. That was my impression and what I told the customer initially but they said no SQL shrink jobs are running. I will pass this info back and ask them to double check!
