Create forms team/group with all users

I have a use case where we have about 100 named users added via Active Directory and 300 participants which are added to Forms as needed manually.

If I create a form process in which I would want all Forms users to be submitters, is there a way to create a team within Forms to encompass all users?  

Basically, I would like a low-maintenance solution.  Even if it involves just the named users being added as a group, the participants can be added as needed.

Recent version of forms 11 include the ability to add all users to a form.

 

Otherwise with manually added users there is not much you can do unless you are using LFDS.

Thanks, we are currently on version 10.4.5, but perhaps down the road we can upgrade.

Your Named Repository users should atleast be able to be handled in one group. Any groups are you make at the repository should sync over.
