I have a Web Request rule in Cloud that is creating objects in our SaleForce.  Its been working fine and still working.  I went into today to add a new parameter to the request and it wont let me type...

Here is a snip of it.  It's 8 parameters:

I copied the current text into Notepad.  I then copied and pasted it back and it only puts back part of it...up to 174 characters.  Is this a bug?  If not, why is there a character limit on a web call?  Again I was able to create the rule in the first place a few months ago.
