Windows rights required to make Laserfiche Basic scanning work

I am installing Laserfiche Basic scanning via the Web Client to Laserfiche Cloud.  What Windows rights are required to make this work? 

I can scan perfectly from the administrator account, but not from a user account.  

Laserfiche 11, Cloud, Windows 10

I guess it depends on what error your getting, however if your not in the Administrators group of your own workstation, you likely do not even have rights to install software. You could be a member of Power Users to get this right as well.

Being only in the Users group does very little to give you control of the station.
