Feature Request: One of our clients would like to submit a feature request to have the option to show, hide, or edit the pop ups that appears over annotations when you mouse over them.

For instance, when hovering over a sticky note with text entered, a box pops up containing the text entered into the sticky note. They would like to be able to show, hide, or edit this behavior on all annotations.
