Is there a way within forms to capture the action history on a form that is emailed?

Hi!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!!

Is there a way within forms to capture the action history on a pdf form that is emailed? 

I see the action history on the form that is saved to the Repository but not on the form that is emailed.

 

I figured I can create a workflow to email the doc from repo but that just seems like extra work.   Just weird that it wouldn't be the same document...

Here is a video showing how it is configured with the Save to Repository task, but the email notification is setup the same way:

Hi, we now support include action history in Email Notification on Forms 11 Update 4.
