Hi, One of our Quick Fields machine shows different errors when storing documents to Laserfiche like

 

  • Operation timeout
  • No response received from server
  • Entry lock

 

Sometimes documents get through and stored successfully. There seems to be a network problem. I have double checked with network team about access to LF server IP and ports opening from QF machine. They assured that there is no restriction from network side.

 

What can be the problem and how can we troubleshoot?
