Team Set up but not showing as available to reassign task

I have a team set up but when a participant of the team goes to reassign a task to the team - the team is not visible in the drop down.   I am sure that I am missing something simple but cannot figure it out.   Does it have to so with permissions on the individual's account set up or is it in the form?

What version of Forms are you using? Will the team appear in the list if you login as a system administrator and select the task from Monitor page Tasks tab?

It is a bug for Cloud. The bug ID 375328. It may be addressed with next update of Cloud.

Hi Sara,

     This bug has been fixed for Cloud already. You should be able to see the teams list when login as a participant user.
