Request Roles

I need to change some things around on the "Who should we notify about this request" from the  Request Roles site. specifically I need to remove someone that no longer works here and add a some coworkers.

Can someone inbox me so I can get this changed ?

This is on the Laserfiche Support site, right? Your solution provider should be able to fix that for you or escalate it to Laserfiche Tech Support if necessary. Let us know if you need us to notify them for you or if you have their contact information.

Yes on the LF Support site. Our Solution provider has changed domain names and they no longer can get to those emails. And I have one person that no longer works here and I need that email address removed.

No worries, we can notify them from our side. Let us know if you don't hear from them in a day or so.

What about removing the user that no longer needs to be in there. I guess I don't understand why the domain name can't be changed.
