I have email archive setup and importing pdf attachments from emails into Laserfiche. During import I pass the senders email address into a template field for workflow to utilize. I have a couple of emails where the archive imports the pdf, but it unable to populate template fields with any information from the email (sender, sender address, subject, etc.). I have looked at the header file of the email and I don't see anything that appears strange. The email is coming from a vendor that uses some service called "billtrust.com" for sending invoices. The import works great on 99% of the emails coming in.
