We have a template in a repository where the "current field access rights" will go blank for some reason. All of the 'Allow' settings below were just blank and no one could access the drop down boxes associated with the fields in the template.
The first time this happened we gave the template a .OLD name and exported the XML of the equivalent template in our DEV environment and imported it to PROD. We made sure all the access rights were set to Allow as above. The very next morning they were blank again.
We thought it might have been a corrupted template which is why we did the export/import but apparently not. Are there some access rights set at a higher level that could be overwriting them?
I've messaged our LFC Support engineer but just wanted to ask here to see if anyone else has seen anything like this before. We are running Laserfiche 11.
