Hi, We are using Laserfiche 10.3. When we open office files like word from Web Client for editing or viewing. Native office opens but then hangs for a minute or two and file may be open. Is it like something blocking over the network or antivirus?

As per my testing on my own laptop out of company's network, my office plugin was working perfectly and opening files quickly. Once connected to the company's network, start facing the same problem. Now even if I'm connecting to out of company's network, the office hang problem still remains.

Is there any solution to this?
