Question

Cloud volume not valid? 9006

asked on April 5, 2022

A user is getting this error immediatly upon importing a file, they are not even given a chance to choose a volume.

We looked at the folder volume and it just says Cloud.

You should be able to set the volume for imported documents under Tools\Options\New Documents\Import Profile. Set it to "cloud".

Yes, they are uploading a 7GB file so they are using the Windows Client because of the 5GB browser upload restriction

Miruna,

For multiple users using this for the first time, this can cause a lot of questions. Setting an attribute for it works.  But possibly LF developers can make it auto default when connecting to the repository?  Even by setting the attribute in the everyone group as default when a cloud repository is created.
