LF Connector: "An error occurred"

We have a client with a Connector profile to their case management system that has up until recently worked just fine.  The Connector profile is set to auto search and pull a case number from the title bar.  They are now running into an issue where Connector used to show them a result count next to the "L" on the title bar, it now just displays "An error occurred".  If you hover that error, it says "Error: Unauthorized".  The weird thing is, actually running the profile works perfectly fine, it will launch Webaccess and pull back the resulting document.  But for some reason, it no longer displays the result count, and I don't understand the inner workings of how this result count searches and displays within connector. The connector uses Windows Auth, and the user has the appropriate permissions.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what this is or where I can begin troubleshooting this?  There seem to be no local errors, or anything at all to begin to go off of except for the error in the title bar.

Any idea's on this or is a Laserfiche Case the route to go?
