Report Scheduling issue

Hi,

We downloaded the reports from form, and we are trying to schedule the report once to Save to repository on a specific time looks like it didn't ran(its running if we schedule within 15min or so).

If any one came across the issue we are having.

Hi Mano,

Could you check 'Last Delivery' of the report schedule? Is it updated to scheduled time? 

Also, please review Forms logs (Applications and Services Logs->Laserfiche->Forms->Admin/Operational ) from Event Viewer to see whether any error is logged around scheduled time.

Hi Ziyan, we looked at report scheduling for the last delivery its empty, also looked into the event viewer no errors for that time.

Then looks like the timer was not properly triggered. Was the Forms Routing Service running at scheduled time?
