I wrote a workflow that imports electronic documents from the server's hard disk into the LF repository. Although the workflow user account used for this import task has the attributes of generating pages upon import of pdf files, the task imports the pdf file but it does not generate pages.

Any suggestions?

NOTE: the same user account is used in QF sessions that import pdf files and generate their pages.
