Weblink 11 printing

Hi, we have recently upgraded our Weblink site to version 11 from 10.2. My question is we no longer have the option to print from the document viewer. Has this been removed?

Hi Joe,

 

Is the account you are using to log into weblink have rights to print?

That was it! We use one account for our public records. Never thought to look at the permissions.
