Hello,

We have a customer who has Quickfield Agent installed on a server where they also have Quickfields and QF Server installed.

They created a scheduled session to run one of their QF sessions

The scheduled session is set to run daily

Issue is, the session runs for approx. 5 seconds then shows as complete, but none of the documents the sessions is supposed to process are processed.  

The session is supposed to look in a folder in the Repository for processing.

No error in the session.

QF Agent is set to run as domain service account and the QF Session is running a the admin account which has full permissions to the folder the session is supposed to pull documents from.

If the customer runs the QF Session separately, it runs without issue.

I ran the validate session from the QF Agent and no errors but I am seeing the following information notes:

There is only one document class and it is using the admin account. 

For Unidentified document storage, there is nothing in the session so there is nothing to store.

This might just be red herring, possibly.

Anyone out there who has got this to run, would love some feedback.
