Cloud Workflow Starting Rules - How to see evaluation to see why rule did not run

Without workflow administration console how do you see why a rule did not evaluate to true?

I have a starting rule for entry moved and path equals, yet it never evaluates to true and my workflow does not run. How do I see why?

The Subscriber Trace is not currently available in the cloud.

Well I am completley stuck without it. Without knowing how the system came to a false result I can only stare at the rule for so long. Will get help with this one on a consultation webinar.
